SLUM IS ONE OF THE MAJOR SOCIAL PROBLEMS OF URBAN LIFE IN BANGLADESH 

As a developing and overpopulated country thousands of people live here under the poverty level.  Bangladesh is a country of 164 million people, where 3.5 million people live in 4000 slums and growing.

BANGLADESH - ADAMJEE CAMP
Project “Adamjee Camp” located in the outside skirts of Dhaka, Narayanganj.   Current population is over 12,000.  

ADAMJEE CAMP - PHASE 1 (BEFORE)

-No access to clean water facilities
-No sewage infrastructure
-No access to clean & functioning latrines
-Landfills of waste in residential vicinity

ADAMJEE CAMP - PHASE 1 (AFTER)

-Installed Eco Sanitation Toilets that require no sewage  infrastructure
-Installed Disabled Accessibility Toilets
-Installed Safe Water Facilities
-Landfills eliminated through FPO Waste Management  Program
